HighWire Remote delivers tables of contents, abstracts, and selected full-text material from current RSNA journal issues to hand-held PDAs free of charge. Palm OS and PocketPC (PDAs from Palm, Handspring, Sony, Hewlett-Packard, etc) are now supported. LZW file compression now provides faster downloads (and larger bodies of content). If you have a Palm OS or PocketPC PDA, and it is set up to sync with a PC or Macintosh computer, you can try out the feature. Go to the PDA Software Installation page for RadioGraphics. If you're already using version 1.1 of HighWire Remote, upgrading is simple. Sync (if you have not done so recently) and then open the HighWire Remote application ("HWView") on your PDA. You'll see a dialog box asking if you want to upgrade to the new version of the software. Click yes, and then sync again. The new version will be downloaded.
