RSNA Advertising Policy

Companies whose ads appear in RadioGraphics are listed in the Index to Advertisers for that issue. According to the advertising policy of the Radiological Society of North America, Inc, the information describing radiologic equipment, products, and services offered by vendors in their advertisements should be ethical, educational, professional, and of value in furthering the radiologic evaluation and treatment of patients and in furthering the education of radiologists and allied scientists. The guidelines below should be followed for advertising in the RSNA journals.

All advertising must be directed to radiologic diagnosis, therapy, research, and communication and/or to the professional and managerial roles of radiologists and allied scientists. Advertising material should be consistent with the highest standards of professionalism.
RSNA reserves the right to reject copy that, in its opinion, is not in good taste, is unprofessional, is inappropriate for a radiology publication, or offers products or services not in the best interest of patients or the Society. Advertisements that are constructed to resemble the journal's editorial pages will not be accepted in that form.
Acceptance of advertising does not mean endorsement by RSNA of the products or services advertised, the advertisers, or the claims made.

Classified Advertising Policy

As a service to its readers, RadioGraphics accepts classified advertising, and every effort is made to ensure that the ads are relevant to the practice of radiology. Acceptable categories include Positions Available, Academic Posts Available, Residencies, Fellowships, Positions Sought, Practices for Sale, Radiologic Products and Services, and Announcements. We retain the right to refuse any advertisement considered not relevant, and respondents are advised to investigate each offer because we cannot accept responsibility for the offers or claims of advertisers.

The deadline for classified ads is the 23rd day of the month 2 months before the issue date (eg, May 23 for a July publication date). Send ad copy, including the months the ad is to run and complete billing information, to advertise{at}rsna.org, or apply online at www.rsna.org. Click on Career, then Career Connection.
