Dynamic MR Angiography of Upper Extremity Vascular Disease: Pictorial Review

GIF image Movie 1. Congenital arteriovenous malformation. Time-resolved MR angiography of the left arm in a child demonstrates a large arteriovenous malformation with a complex vascular nidus in the hand and forearm.
GIF image Movie 2 and selected static image from video. Ulnar artery aneurysm. Time-resolved MR angiography of the hand demonstrates an aneurysm of the distal ulnar artery (arrow).
GIF image Movie 3 and selected static image from the video. Ulnar artery aneurysm. Postoperative time-resolved MR angiography demonstrates a normal caliber ulnar artery and reconstruction of the superficial palmar arch with a vein graft (arrowhead) from the foot.
GIF image Movie 4. Posttraumatic pseudoaneurysm. Time-resolved MR angiography of the hand demonstrates a 1.0 &mult; 0.7-cm arterially enhancing vascular mass without a draining vein, consistent with a pseudoaneurysm arising from a branch of the third common palmar artery.
GIF image Movie 5. Scleroderma. Time-resolved contrast-enhanced MR angiography demonstrates the same finding as described in Figure 17, including severe stenosis of the distal radial and ulnar arteries and collateral arterial supply to the digits via the deep palmar arch.
