AVI video clip from transverse 12–5-MHz US examination obtained in a 48-year-old man with a torn coracohumeral ligament shows increased mediolateral motion of the intraarticular portion of the biceps tendon during rotational movements of the arm. This patient had a surgically confirmed rotator interval lesion that involved the coracohumeral and superior glenohumeral ligaments.
