MR images of 66-year-old man with glioblastoma multiforme after surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy. Predominantly right frontal tumor extends across genu of corpus callosum. Progression of size, mass effect, and contrast enhancement occurred over previous 3 months. Left images are T1-weighted/FLAIR/T2-weighted RGB composites. Right images are RGB composites with superimposed contrast (white).
