Coregistered axial color-encoded images parallel to the Talairach AC-PC line. On the left are high-resolution RGB composites obtained with T1-weighted spin-echo (red), T2-weighted fat saturation (blue) and FLAIR (green) sequences. On the right are lower-resolution diffusion-weighted RGB composites of superoinferior (G+R), right-to-left (G+B), and anteroposterior (B+R) images encoded with a modified Nakada method. Note the similarity of cases 1 and 2. Both were prescribed in Talairach space and had identical imaging parameters and RGB encoding.
